We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from Nonna and Me. If you purchased a Nonna and Me product from another source, please contact their Customer Service Department for their return policy.
Unopened items in the original packaging may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your receiving the product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.
If the item was damaged when delivered or does not work properly, you may return it within 30 days in exchange for the same product. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and/or packing slip.
Nonna and Me is not responsible for returns that are lost during shipping. We recommend using Insured Parcel Post or UPS when returning a product.
Please include a written explanation for your return/exchange on the receipt or packing slip that you have included with the returned item.
